An update is an updated and recompiled version of a previous Inventory. It is a cheaper and more efficient way of keeping your Inventories up to date. We can update your Inventory at either the time of check in or check out to ensure it is consistently up to date. The report is named and dated as a new Inventory.

There are a couple of circumstances where we are unable to offer this service;

• If the property has undergone any major re-decoration or renovation since it’s last full Inventory was prepared
• We will only carry out updates on Inventories prepared by ourselves.
